Donations to the Knights Templar Holy Land Pilgrimage
Pilgrim ministers selected for the Knights Templar Holy Land Pilgrimage are chosen and financially sponsored by the State / Grand Commandery that registers them. When a State registers a pilgrim minister to participate in the program, they send the Registration Form, the full payment, and the ministers original Nomination Form to our Grand Encampment Committee on the Holy Land Pilgrimage Chairman and Registrar: SK Emmett Mills, Jr.
We do not hold or ‘bank’ money for any State / Grand Commandery. Each Grand Commandery receives donations and they hold them until they have the funds to fully sponsor a minister or ministers.
Any donations that are received by the Grand Encampment Committee will be held for expenses incurred by the Grand Encampment Committee. No State / Grand Commandery is credited for those donations.
Do not send donations for your State / Grand Commandery program of the Holy Land Pilgrimage to the Grand Encampment Committee. In most States / Grand Commanderies, donations are channeled through the Grand Recorder of that State / Grand Commandery.
